I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

I didn’t receive a confirmation email, where is it?
If you gave your phone number at checkout instead of your email, we sent your order confirmation by text. Still can't find it? Reach out and we’ll help.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
Once your order leaves our HQ, tracking is handled by Australia Post. For international orders, Australia Post will hand the parcel to your local courier (such as Royal Mail, USPS, etc.) once it arrives in your country. From that point, the local courier is responsible for final delivery and tracking updates.
If your tracking appears delayed or hasn’t updated, we recommend reaching out directly to the local courier using your tracking number for the most accurate information.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
This depends on your location.
Customers in the United States do not have to pay customs duties on orders under $800 USD, so most of our US customers don’t incur any additional charges.
Customers in the European Union, UK, Canada, may be required to pay import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees once the order arrives in their country. These fees are charged by local customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your country’s import thresholds and policies if you're unsure.
Please note: we do not cover or reimburse customs fees.
My package is stuck in customs. Can you help?
Customs processing times vary depending on the country. If your tracking shows that your package is being held, we recommend contacting the courier or your local customs office for more information. GUD Swim is unable to speed up or intervene in customs clearance once your local authorities have chosen to hold the parcel.
