Returns

We want you to feel your most confident in GUD, which is why we offer store credit for change of mind, size changes and style changes, provided your order meets the requirements below. 

• The item(s) are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging including swing tags.
• Be shipped for return within 2 weeks of receiving your item.

If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.

Store credit will be issued on the day we receive your item(s), and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

To start your return, simply email hello@gudswim.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include the following: 

• Original order number
• Item(s) you would like to return 
• We will send you the address to ship your item(s) to

Returns shipping

Return shipping is the cost of the customer. We strongly recommend returning your items using a tracked postage method, as GUD Swim are not responsible for any item(s) that get lost in transit. 

Exchange

Due to high demand we are unable to offer a straight exchange, however your store credit will be issued the day we receive your return and can be used to purchase your replacement item(s).

GUD VIP Welcome Discounts

If you place your first order using our welcome discount code and would like to return your item in exchange for a store credit, we will honour the discount off your first order. Please contact us at hello@gudswim.com and we will issue you with a new welcome code to be used in conjunction with your store credit.
